“Murder Bury Win” Interview | Game Night Part 1, with Michael Lovan, Mikelen Walker, Erich Lane and Henry Alexander Kelly | The Filmcraziest Show

Here’s a special episode of my podcast The Filmcraziest Show, where I was joined by the team behind the new dark comedy Murder Bury Win, including writer and director Michael Lovan, as well as the core cast of the film in Mikelen Walker as Chris, Erich Lane as Adam and Henry Alexander as Barrett.

The trio are board game designers who put their new creation, Murder Bury Win, on a crowdfunding website to no success. They’re contacted by a mysterious godfather of board games in V.V. Stubbs, who offers to publish their game as long as he gets sole credit. After a freak accident, they must use what they’ve learned from their board game to get out of their current situation… The premise of the board game? How to kill someone and get away with murder.

By the way, you can find my review of this film right here and also check out my first interview with the team from November right here, as well, when the film premiered at the Austin Film Festival.

The episode is like a game night meeting an interview as we have some fun questions and Michael Lovan shows off some of the many board game designs from the film. Then, we play three rounds of Hangman with the words related directly to the film, and that’s about 20 minutes into the episode. This is the first part of two of this Game Night, and the second part of this episode will be released next week as we play a modified version of the game Werewolf. You can watch the episode directly below, and also check out Murder Bury Win right here(*Podcast music courtesy of bensound.com.)
